Green Drink & Green Tea For Weight Loss

A number of ‘wonder' herbs are being used these days with green tea one of the most interesting; it is used in on its own and in dietary supplements as an antioxidant. If you are looking to use green tea weight loss products, they're available in liquid form, for drinks, or tablets if you prefer; either way excess calories will be lost when used.

In addition to weight loss functions, it can also help slow the signs of aging by helping to speed up the regenerative functions of the cells. Whilst this is an added benefit, weight loss products rely on its ability to work as a natural laxative and use it as a product that purges toxins from the system. The way to stop fat from forming is by burning calories faster than they can be put on as excess weight, and this is where the product excels.

A similar product to green tea is Tony Robbins Green Drink which is a powder that works with water.

The wonders of green tea weight loss health products will not work alone and require the commitment of the user to exercise and eat healthily. Many people seem to think that its use will solve all their weight problems but the fact you are taking the product implies you are trying to improve your health by eating more healthily.

The greatest benefits are seen when people who drink green tea, do so before they go to sleep even though it can be used at anytime. It is quite normal for most people to find they're stomach and bowel upset during the first few days after using the product but this should not last much longer than this. Although it may seem worrying at first, this physical reaction is quite normal and means the green teas weight loss products are improving the metabolism. It doesn't take long to see the results and if you follow your diet correctly; i.e. increasing your liquid intake, regular exercise and eating fruit and vegetables then expect to see good results within your first week.

Extracts from the ginseng root are often mixed with green tea as combined; the two prove to be more effective. Considered to be the root of life in China and Tibet, ginseng root brings the vitamin and mineral supplement the body needs during a detoxification period.

When ginseng is used in association with green tea it stimulates the immune system and fortifies the user, representing a valuable energy source, during the stressful period when you are returning to normal weight. As with many natural products, no side-effects have been found with green tea and ginseng even when use for extended weight loss periods of six months.

Wish I could still find the Inner Balance green drink somewhere!!! It's discontinued, and all the current products I've been finding taste so horrible! Inner Balance had a very neutral taste, and I'm in serious need of more!
Can anyone help me locate more??
